401k

Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan on the first day of each month.Please visit www.massmutual.com for more information regarding our 401k benefits. For Rollover forms and withdrawal requests, please contact the Preferred Solutions office at 248-851-8793 x 10.



Health Insurance 

Full-time employees have the option to enroll in our medical plan on the first day of the month following their date of hire. Existing employees who previously refused coverage have the option to enroll during the open enrollment period, which occurs once each year. Existing employees who enrolled in last year's plan must enroll in the new plan during the open enrollment period.

 Prescription Drug Coverage

Employees who enroll in our health plan are automatically eligible for prescription drug coverage.

First Commonwealth

Full-time employees have the option to enroll in our dental plan on the first day of the month following their date of hire. Employees who previously refused coverage have the option to enroll during the open enrollment period, which also occurs once a year.

Flexible Spending

This plan works the same way that our dental and health plans work, with enrollment for new employees being the first day of the month following their hire date. All other employees may enroll during our open enrollment period. Please see the Flex Spending document for more information regarding flexible spending.
