Preferred Solutions has significant focus on assuring quality in our consultants and back-office. Following are some of our key quality assurance measures:

1) Accurate time recording, expense processing and billing is of the utmost importance at Preferred Solutions. All accounting functions are performed in house by highly competent individuals. A thorough system of double and cross checks is in place, rigorously followed and regularly enhanced to ensure timely and accurate payment to Consultants, as well as billing to our clients.

2) Preferred Solutions recruits high quality consultants using multiple interviews, background checks and reference checks as steps to hiring.

3) Preferred Solutions’ business structure is different than most competing firms. In our model, each business or practice manager has 10-30 years experience in his or her field and directly oversees the sales, recruiting and management functions for all accounts assigned. We believe that one individual overseeing all these functions provides consistent and high quality support for our clients.

4) Preferred Solutions also performs annual insurance reviews to assure that all necessary insurance types and limits are properly in place, and that clients are appropriately named as additional insureds
